M16 request: shorter CD on potions

since your taking lifesteal away we will be needing to hit the healing potions more often than every 20 seconds or so it is now. Please reset the potion CD to 5 seconds so we don't keep being killed in the battle because the dumb CD won't finish. Most battles will take between 5 and 30 seconds to complete on solo PVE and we may need to use 1 potion in 5 mob battles on average as i see it. But at vrakandoom i kept getting killed quick with those assassins even though i made it to level 80. If i had potions i'd need to use 3 or more per battle for that.

That is what stone of health is for ..lol
