HP missing

in NeverwinterPreview - Bug Reports
I reach lv80 my hp is 322k now, as a tank fighter worry with surviving and out of curiosity I Solo queue to the new dungeon lv80 and when inside for some reason my HP is just 289k no idea why tried companion on and off no change. its not a scaling issue since the dungeon is lv80 and iam lv80.

    It is a scaling issue. LOMM is scaling people down when it shouldn't.
