Cloaked Ascendancy Bugs(and FBI to boot)

I know many of us are long past the Cloaked Ascendancy in completing the campaign itself, but it still contains valuable resources/encounters/instances. To that effect I would ask the Devs to please take a look at the various bugs that have been piling up that have links to the Cloaked Ascendancy, and the specific instance FBI(i know its SKT campaign). Here is a small list of bugs that I have noticed that really do need to be looked at, as some of them are instance breakers:
Gyrion's Tower instance(weekly quest). During the jump phases healing is no longer provided after a long jump/fall making it very hard for some people to pass through. Both portions that require this mechanic are bugged.

A Trial of Iron and Fire instance(weekly quest). Several of the flamethrowers are pointing in the wrong direction or unaligned with regards to timing. The very last set of flamethrowers CAN time in such a way as to not allow any passage through; there are flames constantly going. In this same instance when you raise Kabal's platform the entrance to that platform can become stuck, allowing no passage through as though there was a wall, but the way is clear. This seems to be a simple timing issue as if you wait long enough (about 1 minute or so) or /defeatme it will let you pass.

Master Spellplague Caverns. The bosses and their abilities do not function as intended and can make for a very frustrating run, even when the player methods are perfect and players are "over-geared".
a)The large fireball that you are supposed to run into Kabal to remove his protection sometimes bugs and does NOT remove the protection, at which point you must wipe as another large golem will not spawn. Bug is the fireball not removing the protection.
b) Giant Nothic Eye's powers are seemingly out of sync. The stun he performs will hit after the animation, or not at all. This power also seems to become unattached to any part of the fight, as in some it starts right off with it, and some it waits until about 70% life. His jump will also sometimes not give any warning, just a short-clipped visual of him not moving(body) but seemingly pushed across the whole of the platform.
c) With the Nostura fight, when the 3 tentacles and portals are summoned and Nostura goes invuln, passing through a portal will change the visuals (nostura's realm becomes visible) but not allow you to attack the blue flames that spawn after the tentacles have been slain, effectively removing a person from the group until the last flame is destroyed any Nosturua becomes vulnerable to attack again. This happens maybe 15-20% of the time.

FbI has a number of similar but unique issues involving all 3 bosses (dragon turtle not respawning after being hit by a rune, Hati not landing in his aoe red zone, and Drufi seems to sometimes take half the fight off.

Please take an active look at this campaign (and FBI) As while some of these bugs can be worked around with knowledge, some can't. And frankly, it is unfair to ask those who are newer or don't have BiS equipment to be able to handle the content, as well as significant bugs just to play the game. Thank you.
