Preview not possible, Help

I can not copy the character. I say everyone has the same error or the error is "There was a problem completing your transfer request. If the problem persists, seek our community's help on the forums"

I successfully copied my character, twice, but was only able to get on Preview once, and that was due to a crach and Force Verify when I had time to (way more than the normal 1 second to switch shards) jump to Preview - and then, last Month, preview wasn't ready.
If your computer crashes, use the verify time to switch to Preview and you may get a shot at the new content.

so I checked the preview, the problem, and the site. to transfer the copy of the character, not always the same error, I can access the preview just as it enters as a new character grog
