A question towards Dev's

Hello folks, I am a puny Oathbound Paladin and have (after a discussion with a good friend of mine) 3 questions I 'd like to seek an answer for (in preparation for mod 16)

1. Does guard/sanctuary get reduced before or after DR and Deflect ?
2. Is Deflect Chance reduced by anything (do need to stack more than 50%) ?
3. Is Barkshield reducing damage before Guard/Sanctuary and/or before DR and/or Deflect?

I doubt they'll answer questions one and three directly but certainly not before the module goes to Preview. As for two, IIRC Deflect is countered by the enemy stat Accuracy.
