Tales of Old - Coins gone, no Fabled Chapter and soon no Trinkets of Old?

Hi everybody,

so I really worked hard for the coins, and I managed to get a total of 140 coins. The last run on the last day. 2 minutes before the server went down, I finished a x5 run and had enough coins for a Fabled Chapter. Well, like many others, I didn't get it and two days later even my 140 coins were gone. Not nice...

I wrote to the support, but no answer so far, and my ticket seems gone too... What else can I do?

Next thing, the Trinkets of Old. They will be gone in 4 days or so, and there is no NPC to turn them in. I have over 300 Trinkets of Old I want to spend. How?

I can't be the only one, or am I. Can we get a little bit of Info what to do now? The Event was really hard and it took me many many hours to complete. An Info would be nice.

Concerning the Fabled Chapter you didn't received, please let me know your Character'sName@handle.

Unfortunately I don't think there will be an opportunity to spend your Trinkets of Old due to the expiration date.
