A few questions about Hardcore Dungeons.

1) Do they actually work? I have just finished Kessel dungeon Hardcore with minimum IL as required by campaign task of Acquisition Inc. However, after the run was complete, I (and not just me, party memebers as well) received no additional reward, and the task was not signed as completed. Is there some missing info on requirements or are they just bugged?
2) Are these Hardcore Dungeons a foreshadow to a level cap increase in the near future? This feature seems to be an "anti trivialization" of old content, while tying it to long term rewards. It seems that with this feature, they wouldn't have to remove old dungeons with a level cap increase (unlike in mod 6), they'd just have to set the lower to minimum IL and level 70 by default on all runs.
And now for an offtopic question...
3) Is it possible to disable the Arc Defender login PIN request? Every time I post on the forums I need to check my mail, and insert the PIN this is ridiculous. My ARC account does not contain keys to some nuclear launch codes, come on!
