Does not increase Recovery as it should. Regular version (not +1) works fine.

    I have also encountered this bug. It shows that you use it, but no benefit to recovery nor does it show in the buff bar.

    Same with the +1 critical one, no buff icon, no stat change. Regular enhanced works fine.
    No idea what my toon is now.
