Professions masterwork missions unable to be turned in for multiple missions

My guild group has 4+ players who have completed masterwork missions to turn in and the missions completion menu (orange menu selection) simply turns gray after selection and doesn't complete. They've all reported, ticketed, and waited. None of them are getting resolution or responses. Is this already being resolved, or has anyone had resolution to ensure they are following procedure?

If they submitted tickets through support over the past few days, there may be a delay due to the recent holidays. Do you know when the tickets were submitted?
