Crafting experience conversion bug Mailsmithing/PlateSmithing to Blacksmithing

I have not tested across all my toons yet, but on the one that had level 25 Mailsmithing and level 5 Platesmithing, the new system has taken the lower of the two, not the higher. I should have level 70 Blacksmithing, but I only have level 20 or so (cannot remember precise number, but it is the lowest of my levels). All the others appear to have converted properly.

I have raised an in-game ticket, but wanted to see if others had a similar problem.

Mailsmithing and platesmithing have been converted to armorsmithing, not blacksmithing. Weaponsmithing was converted to blacksmithing. With that in mind, if you're still having an issue, please follow up with customer service.

I have one character who has leadership 25 but he doesn't have gathering 70. In fact, I have no gathering at all.
He also has Weasponsmithing 25 but no Blacksmithing.

But he has Armorsmithing 70 and he did not have Mailsmithing or Platesmithing.

These are based on what Archivements -> Professions page.

I have the 2nd character who has leadership 25 and platesmithing 25. He did not get any new profession. The usual achievement things did not pop up at all when I login to him.

I have the 3rd character who has leadership 25 but he does not have any Gathering.

I have the 4th character who has leadership 25 but he does not have any Gathering.

Thanks Asterdahl, sorry I had them confused. I did get the proper Armoursmithing from the Plate/Mail merge, I was thinking my Weaponsmithing was higher than that on this toon, but it was converted properly (thanks @plasticbat for reminding me where to check). Have not done all the others, but the ones I have done appear to be correct at this point.

The only reason i had chosen to progress mailsmithing to level 25 was to craft my own Power Kits.It turned out that it was a good source of AD income when i had the spare materials to craft them. Mailsmithing was replaced by armorsmithing, recipes have changed,no problem with that.BUT u moved the crafting of Power Kits to Blacksmithing! This is not just an inconvenience for me (and for other players,i suppose), it's a drawback ,since i now have to start all over again. I haven't noticed any other similar changes in crafting of other reinfocement kits.I don't mind the balancing changes,good players will adapt.I don't mind the new profession system.It seems kinda more complicated but we ll manage.But i really wish u changed ur mind about the Power Kits and give that crafting ability to armorsmithing since it is the profession that replaced mailsmithing .
