Epic mount insignias give 3 more of IL (i see in tooltip 60 and give 63), all companion active give 1 more IL, all enchantment give 1 more IL, gear give 5-6 more IL, artifact give 4-5 more IL, and the following ones I don't know if they are on purpose, all features in paragon path give 1 more IL (features of specialization don't give IL), all powers give 1 more IL, i have 298 more IL than in the live server.
