tool tip bug or worse? cleric sigil

I currently have legendary and want to raise to Mythic but tool tip shows a decrease in healing and an increase in nothing which implies that its worse. Is this just the tool tip or? Thanks!

No change to power, defense or healing bonus? It should double for power and defense from 500 to 1000 and go to 600 for healing.

I'll admit I always thought the healing bonus dropping was odd, but I don't use it for the heal anyway, just the stats and AP regen.

But why spend the extra? I can take it to the top and just not use the stones and ward

I don't know what you saw or what you reemembered.
I have multiple characters.

I have one character which has rank 139 legendary Sigil of devoted and another one with rank 140 Mythic Sigil of devoted.

Rank 139:
929 power
929 defense
567 Incoming healing bonus
Cooldown 120 seconds

Rank 140:
1000 Power
1000 defense
600 incoming healing bonus
Cooldown 60 seconds.

I went to the refine screen of the rank 139 legendary. The tool top of the mythic one shown in that screen matches the rank 140 above. You need to move the mouse to the mythic one (the one next to 5% chance).

so I did not notice the difference in recharge. That makes it all worth while. I was only talking about the difference in the how much it healed based on using encounter powers. the fact that the recharge speed is halved makes the difference. Thank you for clarifying!
