A few Idea's QOL things about Barovia/VIP.

Please put a visible cool down on the weekly unique card pack, The one that cost 10 blank cards. Also if you could please increase the drop rate for the posters based off of tier. So the T1's get no change in the loot drop, the T2 get a slight buff, and the T3's get a moderate buff. I am not asking for loot from every hunt. But running 10 t3's with no loot drops is a bit too low, considering how much rng it takes to get there. Say a 33% chance, because they have three items that can drop. So that would still put it at about 10% chance of getting the item you are going for.

Can we get a seals vendor or put seal items in the profession vendor for vip rewards. It can be rank 12. But this would greatly cut down on waiting for people to burn their seals during SDF, Dungeons, and Hunts.
