Placeholder images

I saw a lot of "placeholder image"s lately. Could anyone in dev team run some command over db like "check if items used in live game don't have placeholder image set? ;)

    I believe the bonus RP is/was a known issue.

    @frozenfirevr I have more screens (like enchant from some pack etc). I will post it later when I will be at PC. The issue of course is lack of automated script that would detect it (why would anyone check all items manually for place holder pics). So the history will not repeated each module ;)

    I'm not sure but I'd think the Placeholder image is the default in case there is no image assigned (or if the image has been moved or wrongly addressed). So it might help to know what the problem is with :)
