RP Bonus Received Early

According to the RP bonus meter, I had just a little over 15k rp when I received the first milestone. I have not purchased the bonus 2x, but I am VIP 12.

Is this a bug?

    I did not receive any award at the 25k (when I was supposed to), but I will report a 2nd bug. I received the 50k award at 30k.
