Unique Skin Drop issues

I am talking about things like the Demonweb armor that the Daughter of Lolth drops, and other such similar things.
I am running a Rogue and get this drop, but it's armor for a Guardian Fighter. It's also BoP.
Why?
Several such items are BoE, but some are BoP and I can not figure out why this is so. There is no pattern that I can find.
It's just "This green unique skin boss drop is BoP, this one is BoE. This blue unique skin boss drop is BoP, this one is BoE".
The easy answer seems to be just make them all BoE. At least that way when you find something unusable you can sell, trade, or give it away, and at the same time track down those rare skins that you are interested in that someone else may have come across.
