Protector's Bounty - Two Questions

1)What is the best way to farm Protector's Bounty? It seems to me that it is to focus on 1 character only. Is there any benefit of farming more than 100 bounties on multiple alts? Because each new alt is more time you spend from square one (since the best benefits are only after 100 bounties), but maybe there's something i'm not seeing.

2)What's the highest Zen Discount someone can get? So far i've only got 50% coupon. Is there any 60%?

    Get a group, and head out to a stronghold, and run the quest there. As I understand it, there is ~30 cooldown on getting the orders, so with a group of 5-6, you should be ok - let everyone burn through their scroll, then open a bounty to get a fresh one 30 min. later. Repeat.
