The bugs are not game-breaking, still one is pretty annoying while the other just feels weird but might not even be a bug. I try anyway:
1. Annoying bug
I am playing a combat HR only, so 99% of the time I stay in melee stance. The bug is, every time when I change the map, enter a queue or similar, my HR is automatically switched to ranged combat stance. I do not always notice this immediately, so I do attack the next enemy with my ranged (and due to my build less effective) powers pretty often.
Suggested solution: Keep the current stance active. Not only for changing maps, entereing queues and so on, but also over logout.
2. Is it a bug at all?
While the HR in ranged combat stance has one default animation for actually being in combat (bow wielded, slightly bent over) and one for being outside combat (bow on the back, standing upright), there is only one animation for in and out of combat for the melee stance: weapons drawn, slightly bent over, knees bent.
Suggested solution: Use the animation for out-of-combat ranged stance for out-of-combat melee stance as well.
