New (to me) Tong bug

2nd boss. First attempt we died. As we got ready for second attempt the encounter triggered while we were still outside. We got grasping hands and the fist hitting us. We backed up all the way to the far wall of the ante chamber and were still getting hit. One of us died, released forward to the respawn and was able to activate the door. Once inside there were multiple bone golems already up and fire. Encounter was unbeatable at that point.
