Server not responding???

hi. I do not know if it's a case, but since the last patch I'm having continuous disconnection problems. during the game I get the message "the server is not responding", so I have to go out and login again. but once reconnected, after a few minutes reappears the same writing and the game returns to the login screen (I want to clarify that the game does not crash totally, but always returns to the identification screen of the game). I can not understand what is happening. has anyone encountered the same problem? my connection is ok, and I do not know what explanation to give. How can I solve?

    I suggest both of you do a tracert and post the result because this problem might be anywhere between you and Cryptic's server.
