Stuck in River District campaing

Hello I need your help please, I'm stuck in a mission of River District Campaign, the mission is "defeat nostura" and the task I have to make is "learn more about Nostura past", but I don't know how to do it or where to go to find that info. Please someone helps me I can't go on the campaign without this mission. Thanks

    Make sure you complete the tasks in RIver District to collect the fey essence. Then go to Protector's Enclave and talk to Archdruid Morningdawn. She has a quest that is in the middle of the standard ones. Something about Nostura or Fey. Take it and then look at the world map and find the Lynching Tree. Go there, complete the instance and return to River District. You will also have complete a campaign task. Once both quests are ready to turn on to Kavatos, do so and he will send you to go to Nostura's Fey Castle. It might be good to group up.
