Xbox, Neverwinter, and Family Sharing

I'm trying to figure out what shares in this game and what doesn't. I know that things bought with Zen IN GAME obviously do not share. But what about items bought in the Microsoft Store? Specifically the packs currently available in the Microsoft store. According to Microsoft, all digital items bought in store family share. But more and more companies are coming up with ways to prevent it and I am left spending a bunch of time researching whether it shares and not just playing the game. What about the ZEN packs from the Microsoft Store.

Also, on the PC these "packs" would apply to the entire account and every character on it. Are these single character only packs or do they apply to the entire account?

Before you reply, I want people that actually know what the Xbox policy is and have tried this. If you are a PC gamer and feel like trolling about entitlement or "each account is separate, of course you need to buy it"...just move on and/or educate yourself on the Xbox platform and the feature they call Game Share or Family Share.

Nothing shares across accounts in this game. Absolutely nothing. Doesn't matter if you bought it from the Microsoft Store or not.
