Locked out at character screen

I just switched to a new isp, which shouldn't have anything to do with what's happening but figured I would mention it. My inet is 3x faster then before, every game I own except neverwinter let's me login but lo an behold at the character selection screen I'm kicked out (dissconnected). Given I haven't done anything wrong I'm sure it's not a ban, given iv spent a considerable amount of money on a free game, after 3 days of waiting it out, Googling solutions, even downloading the game again... I'm at my last wits... I want to login an get the keys iv paid for... so please fix this issue.
