Issues with bonding procs or ras nsi

as the title states im not even sure where the problem is, never check whether is happens in other dungeons or not, im a 16.5k cw dps capable of doing tong in 20 mins, but i've been having really bad runs lately and why? cos some times im getting no buffs, even when my companion is active i get no buffs from companion gifts nor clerics, no buffs at all, and its not the party, im not even sure where the issue is to begin, its either bondings aint proccing or my char is just bugged that it stops getting buffs. dont know which, or maybe its a general issue with Cws i haven't heard it. happens most of the time at ras nsi boss battle, starts battle ok, then suddenly low dps, look at my stats, only my base stats. what's going on? BiG country was talking about something related few weeks ago.

The OP was having problems suddenly being weaker as a CW and I've experienced similar instances in the past. Bondings going silent could do that. Not sure if any of our three experiences are related, but it is interesting.
