Crushing PIn + Terror changed with KV and GA

It used to be the case that anything attacking a team mate with your KV protecting him would proc Terror Debuff on that enemy even without shield up or GA, this is no longer the case.
It used to be the case that Crushing Pin would proc on any enemy attacking a team mate protected by your KV if you had GA Class Feature, GA on OH and shield raised, this is no longer the case.
Not sure when these were changed, I rarely test things but my curiosity was prickled earlier and retested in FBI.
Just a post in case someone finds this interesting.
