[PC - FIXED] DC's powers with a target location are unuseables

Hi,

My DC can't use any powers with a target location.
Powers are blocked on F2 mode and icon is locked on mouse pointer.



2 weeks ago I have open a ticket in game without news.
Now it's time forum's time.

This toon is absolutly unplayable without this kind of powers, mainly end-games content.

Solutions tested:
-Changing character
- Reboot the game
- Analyse of all game's files
- Game in Debug mode
