Breaking the Meta

Party composition - CW, SW, DC, GF, OP tank
Time - 46 minutes (would have been less, but I fell off the edge on the first attempt at the last boss) no multiple attempts on any other boss.
It can be done, and within an hour (we arrived at the last boss after 37 minutes and a bio break)
Hope this lifts some spirits
Sidenote: We were using in game communication for tactics (green balls, hands, adds, etc.)

Can you please post a little more information, if you have it, about your party members, such as item level, paragons, etc?

More posts like this may go a long way toward encouraging those that are scared to run with anything other than the false "meta" configuration

Sure, as much as I know. We were all 13-14K, SW was templock I believe, DC was AC, OP was running aura of courage and vengance, and first boss the GF took care of green balls. DC took the adds (just kept using AA to keep them away) CW me was MoF and using swath.

The group you have is different than many 2 DC runs but you are still running an imbalanced group...

All four of these class can buff: GF, SW, OP and DC

The lone and non-buffing class you have as a DPS is the CW.

Having a GF in your group also means you could not do a public Q.

It is good seeing variation in groups but your group make up is very similar to what I see as the standard for call out in LFG...

2 DC
1 OP Tank

I have also seen
GF as a DPS
1 DC
1 OP Healadin
1 OP Tank

I do like seeing a CW as the DPS...

I'm not disagreeing with you mebengalsfan, but it is at least different than most T9 groups.
