Astral Shield Nerf or Shield of Faith Buff

Look man I really hope for the astral shield nerf over the shield of faith buff, but let's be real here its an encounter power that allows them to prevent all damage done to their team, that is insanely stupid. It needs a cap on the damage prevented. Up to 50% of incoming damage or something of the sort. Else give my shield of faith a buff, because its an utlimate that gives 30% armor that can be both beat with Armorpen and Piercing, change it into a pure 30% damage reduction rather than 30% damage resistance. This way armor stacks ontop of it in the least.

Shield of faith cannot be negated with armour penetration nor piercing, it works as another layer of damage mitigation.
