Just a quick note to say that the reported bug on PC, that results in the power's instant recharge not happening, is a problem on XBox as well.

    This is still an issue. Prophecy of Doom is not recharging if you kill the target within the timeframe.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1) Log in to a level 35+ Devoted Cleric/Divine Oracle
    2) Slot Prophecy of Doom as one of your Encounter Powers
    3) Head to any zone with monsters
    4) Target a monster with Prophecy of Doom
    5) While Prophecy of Doom is active on the monster, kill it within the 8 second time constraint

    Observed Result:
    Prophecy of Doom doesn't instantly recharge if you kill the enemy within 8 seconds.

    Expected Result:
    Prophecy of Doom should instantly recharge if you kill the enemy within 8 seconds.
