Cannot complete the "Defending the Swordcoast" quest twice in a row.

I was trying to farm [Alliance Supplies] to buy one of the sets to transmute to. However, I got the same Chasm quest in a row and cannot complete it the second time because the Ritual Components do not appear. There is only one instance I can go to. I tried to transfer back and forth and to drop and retake the quest but it keeps persisting. Any idea?

Apparently this happens with any demonic ritual components when given the same task twice in a day. They'll reset the following day.
