With 3 points on it, It will give 1% critical chance for any points in charisma above 10?
If I have 25 charisma with 3 points in Force of Will, it will give me 25% ou 15% critical chance?
If I have 25 charisma with 3 points in Force of Will, it will give me 25% ou 15% critical chance?

Only points above 10 matter, so 15% crit chance with 25 CHA. It's the same for any other attributes, including Armor Class.6
