Aboleth Weapon Set

Can anyone confirm or deny if this set is broken? I got the set and leveled it to legendary and I have yet to see an enemy explode. I have seen some enemies doing some kind of crazy dance thing but never explode what gives? This is the whole reason I got the set to begin with, I wanted to see HAMSTER blow up.

I have my set at legendary as well and have yet to see an enemy blow up, guess it's broken.

Lol. Same here. I get the chance to see opponents do the "St. Viteus Dance" on a regular basis though.

The enemies don't blow up, or explode, as if this is some kind of "R" rated game, with body parts flying everywhere...lol. The enemies just burst, or pop, & the radius doesn't seem to be very large. It seems rather short. The enemies appear to be lit on fire, & dance crazy, for the duration of the effect. If you read the damage log, its called "Death Burst." I think you guys are too caught-up on the word "explode," & are expecting something gory...lol. Yes, the use of the word "explode" is misleading, when the damage log calls it "Death Burst." The burst radius appears to be so short, the enemies have to be like holding hands...lol. I've tested this set for numerous hours, & cant find anything wrong with it. Everything works as stated. If anything, the burst radius needs to be increased, as like 2ft is rather small

Thanks for the testing and response. And you are so right, I'm guilty, I literally wanted to see arms and legs flying across my screen. But I'm glad to know it is working as intended.

Yeah it wouldn't have been so bad watching them blow like the scorpions in Lostmauth... or like some other mobs do upon death damaging us (burst of flames usually).
