Evidence of Evil missing

While I was out of town I logged in to do my daily quests in the river district. This is the third time this has happened, but the first time that I noticed right away.
I logged in and have 106 evidence of evil. I ran the daily including the quest to get the heirloom weapons from the sewer. I went back to turn them in and after turning them in, I go to check my campaign and click the button and see that I have 106 evidence of evil. So yes, no credit. This happened at 12:45am Monday morning eastern standard time on my character Krisha Chaos@ravenskya
