fire seekers wand bug

Got the wand, used 2 charges, logged off and when I logged back on it said it had 7 min left of 1 charge and then disappeared ??

are you sure that you didn't accidently hit it twice before you looged off or someone else might have access to your playstation account. also i did noticed when i used the fire seekers wand it wasn't always giving me motes but i got the job done and that what counts.
