New stag mount from "of the nine" lockbox has regen

Could you all shed some light on why regen was included on this legendary mount? It only heals from out of combat and I don't think it (and by association this mount) would be desirable in any builds. Interested to hear why this choice was made, maybe im missing something

    Remove Regen please .. mount looks cool .. stats on it for having regen is not cool

    In with the counter-point: not all legendary mounts should be super duper, and you can choose to use a different passive power so you're not locked in to taking the regen stat.

    I agree that regen is fairly useless, and that putting a mount up with that stat reduces the mount's value. But given that all of the legendary mounts are crazy expensive, isn't it nice if one will bring down the price a bit?

    Admittedly the real solution would be some sort of legendary speed account unlock, so that folks would really only be paying for cosmetics and some of those crazy combat powers...
