I'm currently setting up a guild, aimed at newer players with lower level characters.
Part of what I want to do is, rather than demand tribute by way of daily influence requirements, reward those who do pitch in with useful gear. I've been using old stocks of zone currency to buy legacy artifact belt and neck pieces, (the stuff that can be used at L60 and leveled up.)
The issue I have is with the Cloak of Seladrine available from the legacy vendor in Sharandar.
The belt, as with all the other zone legacy sets, is BoE. But the Cloak of Seladrine is Bound to Character on pickup.
Is this an oversight? Or is there a reason this item is different?
I'd love to get some just to give more options to members.
