Treasure chest Bug

it just after the new patch i get into Epic Temple Of Spider and when i am taking my reward from the chest i consume a key for nothing the window closed and when i looked to the log it give me the message [NPC]Treasure Chest:{UNTRANSLATED:(null)}

    a lot of the time the items will appear about 15 minutes later - sometimes however they don't. I put in a ticket on this but haven't heard back yet.

    And they just emailed me that they have replaced my missing keys.
