Glorious Resurgence Lockbox Returns?

So, after the maintenance today, I was surprised to receive the Glorious Resurgence Lockbox when defeating enemies. Additionally, I am able to purchase them in the Wondrous Bazaar. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but it seems odd that a lockbox from only a few months ago has returned. I was halfway expecting a new lockbox that we have not received yet on PS4.

Could someone confirm or deny that this is intentional or not?

    It is named "Glorious Resurgence". I can assume it was intentional, since PS4 had the lockbox only once. Waiting for an official announcement, but I don't think we will have the lockbox for long until the next one comes out (most likely with Sea of Moving Ice), so grab them while you can.

    So wait... I heard they are broken? Is it true that the Glorious Resurgence box is broken?
