Free Item: Free Appearance Change Token Missing

So, today there was a Free Appearance Change Token from the Free Items Schedule (Claim from the Zen Market).
For those who do not know, it is added to your claimed character's appearance changes, not in your inventory or bank. You must go to the Tower of Alteration to use your appearance change. It does not act like the Free Appearance Change Token from the First Time Buyer's Pack or the Free Retraining Token, which must be used as an item first. I know this may confuse plenty of people and even I was confused at first too.
I hope this helps some of you out in understanding how this works. This is not really a bug though, but I wanted to let people know that it wasn't a bug.
