Refiner's Cache giving wrong rewards.

So I am 3 for 3 on not getting proper rewards out of refiners cache during this CTA.
The "Random Enchantment" reward is listed as being a Brutal, cruel, or savage. Each time I have opened it, it's been a single stat enchantment. Most recently, rank 5 arcane enchantment.
The second reward appears correctly, at least for my attempts. In all 3 I've gotten lesser mark of potency.
