Gates of hell doesn't cast on one of my warlocks anymore

On my main warlock, I try casting gates of hell but the cursor just disappears and no targeting is possible. I click it all over but it is impossible to cast it no matter what.

My other warlock is able to cast it just fine.

This started happening close to the last update that changed TC, so a few weeks ago. I'm not sure if it was on the exact day of the update because I was not playing warlock too much during those days.

I talked to a GM in game, and after he realized there was nothing he could do to fix it, he asked me to post here and ask for help.

If you enter Options, Gameplay, Restore Defaults, it should allow your character to cast again. Ground target effects are not working properly for some characters. It is a known issue.

Nice, I will try that. Wish the GM was as wise as you. He didn't even come up with this possibility. Will let you know if it works.
