Is it me or cr big hes are bugged n not spawning at all in any instance ? permafrost shard going over 260k kinda makes sense too if they are bugged.

That happened since mod 10, but since mod 10b, fewer people are in CR, so less instances, so higher chance to get a bugged one.

Moreover, less people farm it, and more people need it.
