Steel blitz bug GWF

I have observed a glitch in steel blitz during a PvP domination match against a guardian fighter. From what I can see the glitch is cause upon marking the guardian fighter with daring shout and then the guardian fighter uses enforced threat after they hold up there shield, from there all of my hits proc a swarm of steel blitz attacks hitting at least 14-15 times per swing.
