1) Log in to a level 70 Scourge Warlock Soulbinder paragon path
2) Slot Deadly Curse as one of your class features
3) Head to any zone with monsters
4) Target a monster with Deadly Curse by casting your warlock's curse on the monster.
Observed Result:
Critical hits from Deadly curse do not generate soul sparks.
Expected Result:
Critical hits from deadly curse and other sources should generate 1 soul spark per critical hit.
