2) Slot Tyrannical Threat as one of your Daily Powers
3) Head to any zone with monsters
4) Target a monster with Tyrannical Threat
5) While Tyrannical Threat is active on the monster use Vampiric Embrace or another encounter that has a Curse consume interaction without using warlock's curse on it beforehand.

Observed Result:
Curse Consume effect does not trigger from Tyrannical Threat.

Expected Result:
Curse Consume effects should trigger from Tyrannical Threat.
