Tomb Spider's Deadly Poison question

Today I saw a companion called Tomb Spider in ZEN Market, that have 1% chance to inject a deadly poison (rare rank). I'm interessed in this companion, but I need to know how exactly this deadly poison works.

It's an another common DoT effect like Fire Archon's burn or poison from Wererat's Thief ? A debuff ? Some sort of infinite poison DoT damage ? It's stacks ? What is this duration ? Well, not even Google knows ...

Looks like nobody use this spider, or don't want to share this information for some reason. Maybe this companion is TOO OP or TOO bad ... Just thinking.

It's a generic DoT effect not unlike the Wererat, definitely not infinite and probably doesn't stack. I don't know the duration. Generally speaking, when no one uses a given companion, there's a reason why.

It's really too bad they don't make Zen store items available for free on Preview. either by pricing them as Free or by giving preview accounts unlimited zen or just putting a vendor in with all those items given for free like they do in the SH.
