would it be worth just buying all 5 compaigns unlocked instead of taking weeks to farm? cause i been playing for months on the ps4 and have not unlocked 1 of them cause it sooooo boring to do >.< i hated that this was added to make your char better. thanks for reading

Well what part of the game DO you like? I mean if you buy the game all the way to completion, you are just left with dungeons, PvP, and new content that comes out. For me personally, if I'm willing to pay to have all of the campaigns completed - I wouldn't know what to do with myself then and would probably get bored with the game... meaning I would have wasted my $$. If the campaigns are keeping you from playing a part of the game that you actually DO enjoy and know that you will for a while then it probably IS worth it.

I can see doing the main campaign /elemental skip on a second character... it's why I haven't made one. Because I'm not doing that stuff again. I'm just not. I did earth and air basically in one sitting straight through and you are right, by the end I loathed it and was ready to do other things. By the time you do the main story and those, only to realize all of your stuff still sucks... I was eager to do some of the other campaigns that weren't as mindless and long, albeit ele is absolutely straightforward.

Dread Ring is relatively fun and easy. Sharandar's 3rd boon is artificially grindy for no apparent reason but the maps are cool looking and it's fun to smoosh keebler elves by the dozen. You can grab extra power points here post 70, so it's value is meaningful. Tyranny starts out fun, and your first step into well of dragons is a wake up call. Dragon runs are fun. Period. If you aren't into killing some dragons, perhaps... this isn't for you. As stated, what do you actually like then? Icewind Dale is brutal at first, but ends up being somewhat fun and challenging. My favorite part of the newest add on was the waiting cut scene at the very beginning. I am completely uninterested in any of it at all.

So I could understand not wanting to do the initial play through again. But the dungeons, and skirms, open PvP areas... And the rest of the campaigns are what I was dying to get to. Again, what do you like doing?

I've considered buying the completion of IWD on my pally just because her DPS is so low. EE is fast if you have friends that are running it with you and you can power through. One friend got another through Spinward in about 2 hours, so you could technically do it in a day.
