A question about Artifact At-Will Passive Powers

On the Shielding Strike Artifact At-Will Passive Power, do you have to first strike with Shielding Strike to get the bonus and then refresh with the other at-wills, or do the other at-wills automatically give you the Shielding Strike bonus? In other words, can I simply use Radiant Strike and Oath strike and still get the Shielding Strike bonus?
