With mod 8 SW rework, release borrowed time feat was broken (bug nerf)
Then borrowed time was fixed but spark stacking was broken (bug buff).
Now 9/15 patch spark stacking fixed but Borrowed time offhand feat 0.5% deflect per spark is broken (bug nerf).
Please fix, thank you.
