Do At Will Powers now consume Stealth?

Hi, I've been away from Neverwinter Online for a while and I noticed something while playing with my TR.. it seems when I use At Will Powers while Stealthed.. it consumes a huge chunk of my Stealth Bar specially Duelist's Flurry during the *Flurry part.. ^^

How is Lurker's Assault used now..? Just wondering since I haven't been able to make it work.. Thanks a bunch..

    They consume it, i think Duelists Flurry consumes 15% per hit or even more and you should enter Stealth when Flurry part is around middle to increase its damage and use encounter right after it while u still have Stealth to activate Shadow of Demise (if u are Executioner).
    Lurkers Assault is used vs bosses or other strong single targets. With Class ability Invisible Inflitrator, example rotation would be Stealth > Dazing > Lurkers Assault > Stealth > Lashing > DF > Stealth > Dazing ...

    Thanks for the advice.. read up on patch notes, alot has changed. =D
